Our Resident Managers supervise, lead, and motivate a seasoned building staff of handymen, porters, and a 24-hour staffed concierge desk. They are responsible for the operating efficiency of the building and provide the highest level of customer service.
Our Handymen coordinate with the Resident Manager to maintain the building’s operating efficiency including oversight of staff.
Our Concierge are customer-oriented with a strong professional presence and maintain the safety of our buildings.
Our Porters are detail-oriented and ensure efficient maintenance of common areas and vacant apartments.
